This document summarises the basic principles of handling the personal data of users of the website of DANOS Pardubice, s.r.o., with registered office at Ohrazenická 188, Staré Hradiště, Postal Code 533 52, Company ID No.: 48 17 03 48, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, under File No. C 21917 (hereinafter referred to as "DANOS Pardubice"), which thus acts (in most cases) as the personal data controller.

The personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), DANOS Pardubice, proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, and other legal regulations.

Since 25 May 2018, instead of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., we are governed by the European Union Regulation No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, when processing your personal data.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

What data do we process as controllers?

Within our website, we process the data you provide by filling in the form. Specifically, we process the following data.

For what purpose do we manage this data and for how long?

How is my data protected?

We do our utmost to secure all personal data we process against leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their manipulation, copying, transmission or access to them only for strictly necessary purposes as defined by law.

Furthermore, our websites are secured by the HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) for an encrypted connection between the website and the user, which minimizes the possibility of data theft during data transmission (sending a form, etc.).

The website is hosted on secure servers.
